We recently heard that ESRI would start shipping ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 on April 27, but one of our licensees just posted on the Geocortex Essentials discussion forum that they received it today.
Exciting news! With dramatic performance improvements and a number of other additions, this is the release that I’ve been waiting for since 2005.
Please note that Geocortex Essentials 1.5.2, 1.5.2 SP1 (releasing on Monday), and 2.0 Beta are not “officially” compatible with 9.3.1 since they are all built prior to the release (and our acquisition) of 9.3.1.
We have been working with the beta version of 9.3.1 for some time, and we don’t anticipate that supporting compatibility will be a major effort. Stay tuned for releases of Geocortex Essentials which ensure compatibility with 9.3.1.
